You may remember from a previous post how I referenced some magical shoots I had in mid to late 2018. This is another one. Something about the ease with which this family posed for the camera, or how gorgeous they are made for perfection. Gorgeous sunlight from the golden hour certainly helped too. When I came home and showed my husband a few of their photos he actually asked “are they models?”. They are not, just your average, run of the mill, gorgeous people. Baby girl was a in a great mood for most of the shoot, and with her little personality gave great facial expressions too.
We went to a little local park along the Bronx River just before sunset and walked around. Normally my family photo sessions are about 90 minutes. This family was so natural in front of the camera that I got a zillion different shots in just an hour. I was truly thrilled and I hope they were too. Just look at how her parents look at baby girl! That is true parental love right there, and one of the reasons I love my job.
