While I love photographing all kinds of humans of all sizes, my specialties are in capturing expecting and new parenthood.
As expecting moms, you are in the midst of doing something truly amazing. Your body of course grows a baby, but did you know that it’s the only time humans grow a whole organ? It’s tiring and wild at the same time, powerful and fleeting. Create a timeless keepsake of this time, maybe to remember how you did this beautiful thing, maybe to celebrate your body in general. You can take your child and say to them “that was you in your mama’s belly!” Children love to see themselves, but is a photographic expression that they were loved from the start.
Life comes at you fast when you have a newborn. A newborn session with me is focused on safety, above all. Baby’s comfort and happiness comes first, heirloom photos next. With my work, I aim to showcase your child – their tiny toes, elbows and cheeks. Each session is bespoke to the colors you have in your home, so that you can just frame your picture or hang your canvas artwork and love the results.
