What a beauty this session was. These were new clients to me, but they are experienced family session pros. They mentioned making yearly family photos a priority every year. With this experience comes an ease in being in front of the camera that photographers dream of. I suspect they would have been naturals in front of the camera anyways. It doesn’t hurt that these are gorgeous people. We met in a park in Yonkers, that is now my new favorite place to be!
We had plenty of space to let the kids run around for active portraits, and the little sister didn’t need to be confined in a small studio space. The landscape of the park also featured mama M. and her third baby bump beautifully. It was fun to shoot an expecting family with two older kiddos because they were fun interacting with each other and their mama.
We’ve had a run of beautiful weather this summer that I hope continues into the fall. Of course, I also hope that the falling COVID numbers also continue into the fall!
