Baby S. had the most pleasant parents to talk to and have in the studio! Her dad is in the theater industry so was super helpful and intuitive about giving me equipment, and helping me adjust things in the studio. Always welcome, especially when it isn’t disruptive to the baby.
Sweet S. also had her grandma in studio, which is amazing – I love being able to capture multiple generations when there’s a newborn involved (or anytime, honestly). Rounding out the family-centered newborn photo session was an uncle! This was my first uncle who would be in photos. I’ve had uncles in studio before, and how great is it in 2019 to say that? But also very neat to have a photo of your brother with you baby, right? The best I have, the photographer, is cellphone pictures of my brothers with my sons as newborns.
After I sent the photos to the family, I got the sweetest note back. Her mom said “we cannot stop looking at the photos all day long” and I cannot think of a better review!
