Another family session, another amazing family of dear friends! This time it is my friend Eva and her boys (almost all of my friends seem to only have boys, including myself!) for a family photo session outdoors, in a local Westchester park. It was the perfect day – slightly overcast, not too cold, but with just enough fall color left on the trees to make the setting pop. Oh and tiny thing – my friend has the cutest little boys ever, so if we were shooting in a trash heap I think the pictures would have turned out just as amazing, with faces like these. B., the older one, had an a sunny personality and smiled at the drop of a hat. J. was a chubby, roly-poly little angel, also happy to let us throw him around. Both kiddos have the most amazing blue eyes, and made the session go by so fast, given their amazing attitudes. Big brother never even so much as pinched his little brother, happy to chill next to him and give him a few kisses here and there. I mean, if I didn’t know better, I’d think he wasn’t a toddler – a kindergartener maybe! Anyways, my point is that it is rare to get two such well-behaved small children for a photoshoot – typically one or the other is in a foul mood that they’ve saved just for the family photo day. Not these guys! Eva’s husband Sean was also a huge help, ticking the kids and chasing the older one around when we needed to get some solo pictures of his little brother. All in all, I am thrilled with the result and hope that this darling family loved the photos too!
